Works for me as a carpark but you are parking on a steep slope so not for everyone. I would think if your disabled then there are much better carparks available.

A small car park at the top of The Slope, ideal for shopping in higher or lower Buxton. Pay and display at the front of the Town Hall. Good value for a couple of hours
