Nice, spacious car park at the end of the two-way stretch of the Goyt Valley road.(One way only beyond here) Access to loads of lovely countryside. No loos.Please note.....the road is CLOSED on Sundays and BH Mondays during the summer and you cannot drive this far. Beware cyclists!
Convenient for local walks. Motorhome wild camping is possible but not encouraged. Excellent views.
Lovely quiet area with plenty of parking around and a few picnic tables.
Am I rating the car park. Well it's free and we'll maintained but I find it hard to get excited about a car park. However the surroundings are very picturess and it's well worth going for a variety of walks
Free which makes a nice change but shame there are no facilities here... toilet was out of order and such a beautiful location, a coffee shop or somewhere to get refreshments would be welcome.
