Called in early in the month and had a great carvery so last night decided to take family there what a huge mistake! Ordered the carvery for all of us vegetables very half cooked no peas spend 90 pounds on rubbish given a voucher for February won't be using staff never came to check everything was OK no roast potatoes was told they would bring to table disgusting spoiled our bight.Will make sure everyone in Buxton knows how 9terrible this place is.
Carvery was amazing. Best I've had in a long time and 2 for 1 on a Monday is great value.
Meal didn't turn up. Waited over an hour! Waitress VERY good. Got a free pudding. Food was good
Go here most Sundays for lunch with friends. Food, staff are great. Always busy on a Sunday so be prepared to wait to be seated.
Wonderful place! My favourite pub in Buxton, especially after the reformation. The carvery is good for the price, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the hanging kebab is definitely a must!
