They are meant to be open until 10 pm my husband has called to post parcels after work on two consecutive nights and they give a poor excuse that there is nobody qualified tonight....bloody useless and false information on this site
Awful service miserable rude staff
Try to do the banking and the woman refuse me because each bag of money didn't had a paper with amount . Is like she didn't count them anyway
Not very friendly staff, and overly picky. Not good service when compared to the higher buxton post office near the market place. Called into the Co-op post office the other day and after spending a long time packing my parcel it was 2008 grams ( 2.008kg), they wanted to charge me 60 instead of 25 to send a parcel because it was a few grams over. Perhaps it got damp in the rain on the way, as on returning home my parcel now weights exactly 2kg after being in a dry room. What a overly picking service, whether this is standard royal mail, or just the staff in this branch, but i will be avoiding both if possible in the future.
They helped me out in my hour of need. You can get anything you need for mailing & a passport or driving licence.
