Fantastic place. Very underrated. We normally stay 5 Star. Very glad we started here. Marysville is rebuilding well 10 years after the fires.
The lovely Lady at the reception wasnt fair to us by letting us to check in earlier than 2pm ! I got there today at 10:30am on 29/01/2019 She was Pretending that the park was full and all the cabins getting cleaned and cant let you in ! But guess what The park was very Quiet and no cars getting in or out of the park only 1 car i saw in 3 hours was getting inside the park !! We are 2 families with 4 kids and we meant to enjoy having breakfast inside the park today on the river but unfortunately she stuffed it up and we had to go somewhere close by hanging around and get back around about 12:30pm for the third time this morning to try to check in .. lady answers was ( I TOLD YOU NOT TO GET BACK BEFORE 2PM) but she didnt let us to check in after i have kindly asked her 3 times to do so every now and then because of the kids ( all younger than 5 years old ) running around and need to settle somewhere inside the park ..It doesnt hurt you people if you let me to check in while the cabins are empty and ready to hire .. it doesnt hurt you people to be kind and respectable to customers ..Years ago I promised myself not to come back to the park again because of the poor customer service and beeing sharp ( NO NEED ) YOU ARE LOSING A LOTS OF BUSINESS but it was a mistake today to go there again . I had to go to BIG 4 caravan park and stayed there with more activities cleaner bigger and cheaper than this place . marysville caravan park got a lot quieter than before because of the poor customer service. Very family friendly place, cute little town, amazing childrens playground with water play. Will definitely come back again.
Fantastic caravan spot, beautiful river running through the town. Walking distance to shops, cafe and bakery - Oh and the pub! Lovely leafy scenery and grassed sites. We will definitely return here!
Very scenic park to stay at. River runs through it and is great to listen to while you sleep. Very central, 2 minute walk to centre of Marysville. Backs on to a supermarket and a fantastic playground where our kids spent hours. Rooms might seem dated, but considering the price they're still good value.
