Paid 30 for a rug clean. It came back still with long hairs and fluff on it. If i can pick it off with my fingers I expect the professionals to be able to do it too!
Coat has come back broken and has white paint on. Doesn't look or small any diffrent than before. This was a 150 coat so not happy at all.
