Really awesome box run by a couple of great guys, really friendly and approachable, the sessions here are always awesome.
Joined 3 years ago when it first opened and have never looked back! Fab place to train and workout, with friendly, enthusiastic and motivating members and coaches. Gymnastics and weightlifting classes are good fun and enjoyable too! Would highly recommended.
Having been a member since Adam and Shaun first started Crossfit Buxton in the corner of a gymnastics centre, it's been amazing to have seen them grow from where they were through to having their own box to then extending it twice. All this happening through sheer hard work and determination! It's great to see it now paying off.The coaching is second to none and it is clear to see that the guys have put a lot of time and effort in to making Crosssfit Buxton what it is today.Great box, great community, great coaches!
I have been going to Crossfit Buxton for 18mths now and absolutely love it! I had never used weights before but the coaches are knowledgeable, patient and encourage good technique at all times. Every workout is different and every member of Crossfit Buxton supports each other. I am fitter, slimmer and more body confident than I have been in years and would recommend Crossfit Buxton to anyone who wants to get fitter, stronger and healthier.
A very well run and enjoyable alternative to the traditional gym. The team are great at ensuring every day is different and challenging yet fun and rewarding. The equipment is great for those who just want to lose weight or those training to compete. Would highly recommend to all abilities!
