Just to say Thank you for the absolutely stunning flowesr you did for my wedding at such short notice. The service was impeccable, the staff were so friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using flowers for you.
Have had the worst experience with this florist the first time I ordered some to be delivered they arrived weeks too early so what was meant to be a suprise was ruined. Then again I ordered some flowers for an anniversary to be delivered locally. They didn't arrive at all I had to go to the shop to be told that the delivery van had an accident and that I should have rang to check the delivery progress. Also to top it off they couldn't refund my money because the till was empty. I got told that they'd ring me to get the money refunded they didn't I had to go in again to ask for my refund. Had a terrible experience don't know how they got 5 stars I would not recommend to anybody unless you like your flowers before the occasion or not at all. They also make out like it's your fault for not using your money to phone and check where the delivery has got to its the company's job to ensure delivery is on time especially when done at least a week in advance must try harder.
