Brilliant surgery! May take a while to get an appointment and they may be running late sometimes, but this is probably because they take time to listen to you. The receptionists are extremely polite, helpful and discreet. If you are really ill, they bend over backwards to fit you in that day. Thoughtful, reassuring care.
Never experienced a problem making an appointment. Reception, nurses and doctors all very professional, a great facility to have in my village.
Agree with both of the other reviews. Appointments and reception not great at all but the doctors and nurses brilliant. You wonder how many people haven't bothered to go in because of the appointments system and then ended up seriously ill.
This is an excellent surgery and we are so lucky to have it in the village. The reception staff have always bent over backwards to help and the doctors and other medical staff have always been great with my family.
Never answer the phone so making an appointment is nae on impossible , yet when you go in the receptionists seem to have plenty of free time to chat amongst themselves
