This is my 15 vehicle that I purchased on 14/12/18 I cant thank mr mark sutcliffe and all the team at Dace this is the only dealership left for me that I can trust and continue to carry on using in the future I highly recommend mr mark sutcliffe to anybody out there whos looking to purchase a executive vehicle at a competitive price go ahead make that call to dace you will not be dissatisfied keep up your great service lads

Bought a Polo R Line from Dace. Terrible experience.My plan, take my 11 yr old son as he was excited as me on the 05:30 train from Kent to London and then Stockport arriving just after 09:00. Get car, leave around 10:00 and be home around 15:00. Few hours sleep then off to work for a night shift. My work relies on me being there as part of small team in a busy control room with safety responsibilities. After collecting the car, I filled with petrol and pumped the rear tyre up as there was a dash light warning of low tyre pressure (rear n/s had 10psi). On the road and into 4th gear for the first time when the car started juddering when accelerating. Reluctantly took it back to the showroom.There followed a four hour episode of me driving round Stockport in some dubious areas and heavy traffic to have new tyres put on as that was the likely cause I was told. Some of that with a valet sitting in the back of my car for directions.They had sold me a car with different radius tyres on the front and backs! Fronts had 40 vice 45's!! A couple of hours into it they refused to pay for Bridgestone tyres at 100 each, instead sending me to another garage for real budget tyres. I bet the MD doesn't have budget tyres on his car!I now wouldn't get home in time to go to work so was letting work down, would be hundreds of pounds out of pocket for the absence and had wasted 4 hours of my time.What would you expect a decent car dealer to do? Say sorry sir, we will put branded tyres on for the trouble we've caused? Offer a few hundred pounds of the profit they were making out of the car as goodwill for causing me so much stress and taking the shine off my new car purchase?Dace would do neither. I was offered 20 petrol money for driving round Stockport.Icing on the cake, changing the tyres didn't cure the fault so I took the car back and demanded a refund. I was given all but 250 back which they held until I sent the V5 back. Is this even legal? Even that had to be chased as 2 emails to the MD went unanswered.Final point, the car was advertised as having full service history. The service book showed it didn't. I pointed this out when I took the car back but it was advertised again last week with full service history!Had the car driven ok as I'm sure most do, I'd probably say it was a positive experience but when they get it wrong their customer care is awful.

I'd definitely recommend Dace Specialist Car Centre to friends and family because Ive never known buying a new car could be so easy, every single member of staff is brilliant. From the lads that clean the vehicles to the people wrapping up the deal, the whole team is brilliant. Now when my time comes to buy a car again my first choice will be to visit DACE. Thanks

This is our 4th visit back to Dace. We keep going back to them due to their excellent customer service from enquiry right through to the after sale care.Mark and James could not do enough for us each time we have returned to change our car.We have had a few minor unforeseen issues ( but who doesnt) but were quickly rectified. If I could rate Dace higher than a 5 star rating I would as they certainly deserve it.If I could also say thank you to John and Dean from the other Dace branch as they have also helped us out in the past when we were searching for a car. We were not in the best place financially and a lot of companies were turning us down for finance but these guys including Mark helped to make it possible and so we have been going back to them ever since.Thank you to the team for you help and customer service through the years and when we are ready to change the car again we will be back for the 5th time Asha and Tom

I had such a nice experience buying my new BMW. From the moment we arrived I was reassured and felt at ease. The environment is very modern and professional, but had a welcoming, bustling family feel, which was wonderful. As a single woman in her 30s, I went with my brother and dad for 'man support' as you do hear some stories about car sales people. We all agreed that I didn't need them though, as they were both equally impressed. The staff were great, particularly Scott my salesman and the Manager Mark. Scott was friendly, informative and patient and Mark was just incredible. He sorted out all the finance and had such a lovely way about him. We all commented on the way home how lovely he was, both with ourselves, the way he spoke to his staff and other customers he was helping. So my dad is going back later this month. The car he likes is at one of the other Dace garages, but he will ask for it to be moved to their garage, as he wants to deal with the same staff I did. He's asked me to accompany him, not for moral support, I think more because secretly he's hoping that his new son in law is the Manager of a car dealership! Thanks again to all the staff, my car is beautiful and we're looking forward to coming back in a couple of weeks.
