Delicious pea and ham soup. Easily best I've had anywhere
We stopped here as a big group on a long walk. The hot drinks and cakes were fine, and nobody was upset about our muddy boots. The place may not be the most stylish one, but did its job and was welcoming and warm.
Called in yesterday had a bacon Cobb, brownie and a coffee. Food was faultless and despite being in the busy side by the time I'd eaten brownie 2 minutes later my beacon roll appeared. They've even got helmet storage so you don't have to take it to your table. Will definitely be back.
